1. The Camembert we bought in France tastes like cabbage. Cabbage-flavored cheese is never going to have a big following.
2. A NED sat next to me on the bus today. (NED=Non-Educated Delinquent. I did not make up that term.)
3. We finished the new pantry. I painted it last week and yesterday Steve drilled the holes and attached the shelves to the brackets. Steve loves the pantry. He likes to stand in the doorway, run his hand over the shelves (purchased at the recyclers), and revel in the organization.
4. It is 18 degrees here today! I'm too lazy to convert that to Fahrenheit but it's the temperature at which I feel happy and generous and like taking cookies to the border control office even though yesterday I wanted to shoot someone in the knee because the bureaucracy surrounding visa applications is so frustrating.
5. Finger chilis are not the same as Thai chilis. My Thai basil chicken called for six chilis. Six finger chilis will kill you. Or at least temporarily blind you.

NED is my new favorite thing. Be careful of the chilis.
What a great list.
I like this new blog look.
I am confused by the new blog look. First you get married, then you move, then this? Too much change.
Oooh. Ouch.
