How We Roll in the Summertime

We're still eating rhubarb. Some of us like it raw.  We're also enjoying the strawberry harvest.  Steve made his own pectin tonight from a citron melon so that he can make strawberry jam tomorrow.


I bought a jogging stroller last week, which was worth every penny of the birthday money I spent on it, because now we can travel around in our new neighborhood with ease.  The Bairn is very obliging when I ask him to show me a 'hippo with yawning jaws' (stolen from the book Hello, Baby).
