The Sneaky Neek

The Bairn has referred to himself as the sneaky neek for quite a while now, but it's only been the last month or so that he has actually figured out sneakiness.  Here's how it's done: Steve or I forbid The Bairn from doing something such as taking all the silverware out of the drawer, leaving his bed when it's time to lie down for a nap, or touching the collectible cars in a display case at the store.  Then The Bairn sneaks.  He moves very slowly and silently toward his goal and if we speak to him, he gets a tiny smile on his face, but he doesn't make eye contact and he continues to move ever so slowly.

We think that he thinks he's invisible.

I think we would like Mr. Sneaky to come play at our house. We'd all get along well.

The worst thing about being invisible is that no one can see your point of view. The best thing about being invisible is that no one can see your view point.

If he came to your house, he would wear "sneakers for sneaky neeks."
