I made this pie on Sunday. It wasn't what I expected. It's not very sweet. But it's growing on me. I kind of like it, even though it looks like I took someone's liver and put it in a pie crust.
Steve can't quite get his head around it. Every time he tries it, he whips up a special sugary sauce in an attempt to sweeten it up and then finally concludes, "I like the crust."

Perhaps you've created a whole new meal idea "Liver Wellington". Steve seems to be falling back on a childhood memory of his mother's favorite movie. As Mary Poppins would "Just a spoon full of sugar..."
