The New Flat
We've been gradully moving into our new flat this week. It's small and dingy and cold, BUT we really like the neighborhood, it's walkable to the university and downtown, it's got a great view, we don't seem to have any problem neighbors (knock on wood), AND it's very close to the 24-hour bakery, which is very handy if you've been craving a fudge doughnut for several days and believe you may have to fry up your husband and eat him if you don't get one soon. So that's good.

I hope you'll be happy in your new nest. I couldn't live that close to a good bakery though.I admire your courage.

Yay! It sounds great.
KWB--We actually live close to TWO bakeries. So far, we've shown incredible restraint--only visited one once.
Ldsjaneite--Well, great might be too strong a word, but it's good. It's definitely okay.
